Inspiration: Hilton Lijun

It’s been a while since I’ve posted an inspirational video, and while I’ve kept accumulating links, I also realised it was pretty much the same people, so I was waiting to find something different that caught my eye.

I was introduced to Hilton’s video by my friend Mia, and I really enjoyed what I saw, not just because of the beautiful technique, but because I could see passion and emotion in his dancing, when a lot of Tribal Fusion dancers go for the poker-face approach. It should be obvious by now that I have a soft spot for male belly dancers, but I really, really enjoyed this video, and I think it’s well worth a watch.
